APPLICATIONS

Photo Earth is an exciting new app that allows you to geotag your photos and group them based on the location they were taken. Through this app, you can easily navigate through a photo map to get all your pictures from your latest vacation in Japan or your last trip to Hawaii.

Albums are displayed on a map with zoom level determining the level of granularity at which the albums are organized by location (e.g. street level, city level, country level, etc). Icons on the map indicate where you've visited/where you have photos taken. The app utilizes the Google Maps Service to search and find locations for viewing and geotagging.

Features:

- View pictures grouped and displayed on Google Maps (photo map)
- Search for all photos taken in a given city, state or country
- Tag the photo location information on a map (geotag). Multiple photos can be geotagged at once.
- Upload photos to facebook, picasa, google+ (Geotagged location tags are compatible with these applications)
- View detailed information (e.g. file path, file size, date taken) and address information on photos you have taken

Geotagging

Geotagging (adding location tags to a picture) is simple. You simply enter the location you want to tag the photo and save. You can select multiple pictures at once and tag them to the same location. Geotagged information is compatible with Picasa, Facebook and Google+.

Album Viewing

All photos in the selected album are shown in a grid view. You can also choose to view all non-geotagged photos. Under geotag mode, you can browse through your phone's file system to find and geotag a specific picture

Photo Viewing

All location tagged photos are grouped into albums on a map. As you zoom in on the map, each album splits into smaller albums (e.g. by country, by city, or by street depending on zoom level). You can also use the search bar to find all pictures located on a specified country, state or city.

Cape Defense is a tower defense type strategy game with a twist. The purpose of the game is to protect the penguin village from antarctic invaders. Under heavy pressure, you must rally your troops and strategically place and upgrade your weaponry to prevent your enemies from destroying the village.

Photo Viewing

Selecting a photo in an album gives you a close up of the picture. Here you can choose to change or update the picture's location tag as well as view the details of the photo.

Photo Details

Your phone typically stores detailed attributes about each picture. Under the photo details tab, you can view the file location of each picture, the size, dimentions, address the photo was taken among other attributes.
